My family just hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents at my home which was catered by Twist Catering. I can not express enough the absolute splendor of the event. From the initial planning process Joel and his team were fantastic. They guided us through all aspects of the event including menu selection, party theme and equipment rentals. During the event his staff was professional, courteous and completely catered to our timeline. Needless to say, the food was spectacular and delicious. We have received glowing comments from guests in attendance and the evening was one my parents will never forget. I will certainly call Joel again and cant imagine having planned this event without him and Twist catering.

We couldn't have asked for a better full service catering company for wedding than Twist Catering Co. From the moment we first reached out to Joel and Britta, they exceeded all our expectations and truly made our special day easy breezy. It was a tremendous relief to know that we could trust them to handle all the catering aspects and the set up and break down, leaving us with one less thing to worry about. The entire staff, from the bartender to the servers, was courteous, friendly, and incredibly attentive to those of our guests. The food was an absolute hit! From the appetizers to the buffet, everyone raved about it. Thank you, Twist Catering Company for making our wedding day stress free! Joel was very accommodating with rescheduling our taste test when we were exposed to covid, and he and his staff delivered the best wedding dinner and appetizers we could have asked for. The pesto chicken sandwich and veggie lasagna dinners were major crowd pleasers, as were the meatball and garlic bread appetizers! We 10/10 highly recommend twist catering!

Joel is an amazing chef! Look no further and book twist catering to cater your wedding! Joel and his catering team did such an outstanding job catering our wedding at Jackson Manor on May 27th. The food was so delicious and every guest was raving on about how good it was presented and tasted. Joel was accommodating to take care of the kids meals (picky eaters), and also attentive to a very strict nut allergy. We had the pleasure to do a tasting before the wedding and it made us that much more excited for the food on our big day! We cannot choose a favorite because everything was so good. We even got a little to go box of food to enjoy later for us. Our cake and cupcakes were yummy too and we loved the touches of Disney added. Joel is so incredibly thoughtful and we are so thankful to have had him and his staff, bartender and pastry chef make our day that much more magical. We will want to eat his food again so please invite us to your wedding when you book twist catering.

Joel catered both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. The filet mignon and risotto bites were to die for! The steak literally melted in my mouth. The crab wontons is so delicious I could eat them every day. For the wedding we did a taco bar and it was incredible! I got compliments from so many people! And as amazing as the food was, Joel was incredibly professional! Hands down the best person to trust for a wedding!

Let me just start with the salmon! The most flavorful salmon I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend Twist Catering to anyone because they have such a great variety of foods to choose from. Chef Joel is so wonderful taking into consideration everything you want. They made me feel so confident after our tasting dinner that our wedding dinner was going to be nothing less than THE BEST! Every single person raved over how good the food was, even months later. The presentation was perfect and the clean up went very quick. Highly recommended all around!

Joel and his team did a fantastic job catering our wedding. Communication was timely and efficient and Twist did a significant amount of communication straight with our venue coordinator, which made our lives easier! Our venue did not have a kitchen and Joel and his team were flexible and able to bring the food cooked and do prep on site. Setup and take-down went without a hitch. We selected the taco bar option for our reception, which was a major hit. The highlight for us was the avocado crema sauce (we're dying for the recipe), but everything was amazing. We would definitely recommend Twist for anyone looking to cater an event!

Joel and his team catered our wedding. I’m talking to our guests post-wedding, one of the common themes was just how impressed they were with the quality and deliciousness of the food. Both my father and uncle have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and both went out of their way to find Joel and compliment him on just how amazing the food was. Serving a group of 130 guests can be a challenge, but you wouldn’t have known that based on how delicious each dish was (the empanadas are to DIE for). Joel was incredibly communicative and flexible throughout the planning process, and made some great accommodations for my fiance and others who were vegetarian. If you’re looking for a sure-fire caterer that your guests will be talking about long after the wedding is over, look no further than Twist.

Joel is a total Pro- he had my now wife and I over for a tasting and we were blown away! He spent some extra time with us explaining his process, and what our options were, making sure that we could get the most out of our budget. He also checked in with us before the event to make sure we were all squared away and then he totally blew us away the day of the event. We had a taco bar with queso and some appetizers and everything was perfect - from the layout, to the serving options and staff, and of course his food was fantastic. I would hire Twist Catering again in a heartbeat!! Big thanks from Rebecca and I for going above and beyond to make sure our big day was special- we couldn't have done it without you!
